Emergency Radio - AM/FM
During a major emergency such as bush fire, storm, cyclone or flooding, one of the first things to go is electricity. This makes it hard to keep up-to-date with important warnings and advice from emergency services and the government. That's why you need an AM/FM radio as part of your Home Emergency and Evacuation Kits. Through FirstAction you can purchase a specially designed Emergency AM/FM radio that doesn't require batteries. Featuring an AM and FM radio, high intensity LED torch and a LED reading lamp, the unit can be powered by manual hand crank (dynamo), batteries or external power supply. The unit also features a siren for emergency situations, 3.5mm headphone jack, battery low LED indicator, digital tuning and a large LCD with an orange LED backlit. It also has an output for conecting a mobile phone charger cable (charger cable not included). The radio also fits nicely into special compartments in the FirstAction Home Emergency and Evacuation Kits.
