**Guarantee/Refund Policy**
First Action guarantees all of its products and services.
If we fail to deliver a course or product agreed upon, you will get your money back or part there of, equivilant to services rendered. Please note the following points and contact us if you need any clarification with our guarantee or refund policy
- Generally, if you are not satisfied with a course, you will get your money back.
- If you take a number of courses eg Personal Self Defence, and, for instance, on your 3rd session, you are not satisfied, then you get your money back for that session (not all the sessions up until then), calculated evenly among the original agreed upon amount of sessions on whichever package deal you chose.
- If you are not satisfied with a product due to defect upon arrival or faulty manufacturing, you will get a replacement or refund.
- Although we will try our hardest to full fill customer satisfaction, due to manufacterer policy, which is not under our control, we can not guarantee refunds or replacement in the case of you choosing incorrectly eg you don't like the colour, so please choose carefully.
- Should you be issued a refund or replacement on a product, please allow up to 21 days (depending on the manufacturer and your location) from the date we receive the original product to the date you receive your replacement or refund. We will keep you updated of progress.
Please contact us if you are unsatisfied with a product or service for any reason so we can resolve the issue as soon as possible. You may be requested to provide the following information.
- Your full name, address, phone number and email address
- A statement outlining the issue and reason for refund, dated and signed
- Receipt of purchase (original)
- The faulty product (if applicable)
