Satisfaction or Your Money Back
If you are not 100% happy with any product you buy from First Actions' Wholesale Martial Arts Equipment, we will give you a full refund, no exceptions!
If it's our fault eg faulty manufacturing, we shipped the wrong thing etc:
- A claim request (email us) must be made within 3 days of receiving the product(s)
- You may be required to provide photographic evidence, or return the faulty product(s) to the manufacturer before a refund can be issued
- You will not be responsible for return shipping costs
In all other cases:
- A claim request (email us) must be made within 14 days of receiving the order
- You will be required to return the product(s) to the manufacturer at your own expense before a refund is issued
- The product(s) must be returned in the same condition as you received them before a refund is issued
This Satifaction or Your Money Back Guarantee is null and void if you violate the Prohibited Items Disclaimer
First Actions' FightingEquipment.com.au ships all of its martial arts and self defense products world wide, free of charge.
- Shipping times vary depending on the size of the order, the type of product, customization, and where the order needs to be shipped to
- Most orders will arrive at their destination within 10 to 21 days after you have placed an order. This time includes order processing, production and shipping times. If an order is expected to take longer than that, then you will be contacted to confirm before production begins
- If, under normal circumstances (i.e. you have not otherwise been notified), an order has not arrived after 14 days please contact us so we can begin to track your order
- All orders come with free standard airmail. Express mail can be arranged at your own cost. Larger orders may be shipped by sea. In the case of being shipped by sea, you will be contacted to confirm and discounts will apply
- First Actions' FightingEquipment.com.au or any if its affiliates hold no responsibility in the event of your order being seized by customs, and/or if you violate the Prohibited Items Disclaimer. Please read it carefully
FightingEquipment.com.au accepts payment by mastercard, visa, e-cheque or direct bank transfer via Paypal. Paypal is one of the worlds most trusted forms of secure online payment. You do not have to be a member of paypal to pay by visa or mastercard.
- Other methods of payment can be arranged if needed eg cheque, money order, western union, TT etc. Please contact us if you require one of these methods of payment
- Please note that fees may apply for payments other than Paypal, and orders will not be processed until payment is received.
Anywhere you see a logo on a product, you are able to put your own logo, free. To do so, follow these simple steps
- When placing your order, in the comments field write 'Please use my logo'
- Continue checkout and record your receipt number
- Send an email with your logo attached to sales@....com. In the subject line write 'Logo Attachment for YOUR NAME/COMPANY: RECEIPT NUMBER
- Generally, the larger the order, the cheaper it is for us to make and ship, therefore, it is cheaper for you to buy
- Discounts for orders of up to 75 pieces (unless otherwise stated) are automatically generated online and are final. Please do not ask for further discount
- For orders of 75+ pieces, please contact us
- Further discounts may apply for Wholesale Accounts or discount vouchers. In this case, the Wholesale or Discount code is entered during the checkout process and the discount is taken from the orignal price advertised on the website, not the final bulk order price.
Wholesale Discount is for businesses only and will entitle them to purchase products at a lower rate than the advertised price given on the website, and the ability to order samples.
- To receive Wholesale Discount you must be able to prove to us that you are a legitimate business. You will need an ABN/ACN (AU), Sales Tax ID (US) or your countries equivelant, and we may also ask for other proof eg website, business listing etc
- Your business must be related to our products eg a Martial Arts School, sporting goods store, martial arts store, personal trainer, child care centre (eg if you are purchasing mats which can be used as kids mats to play on) etc.
- Yes we will supply other internet stores
- Once you apply for a Wholesale Account, your application will be reviewed. This can take up to 5 working days. In the case where you need to make an immediate purchase, please contact us.
- First Action reserves the right to retract Wholeale Account privelages of any customer at any time for any reason

Only Wholesale Account Holders are eligible to request a sample.
- Samples are created at your own expense
- Our 'Satisfaction or Your Money Back' guarantee is applicable
- Once an order is placed after testing the sample, the cost of the sample will be taken off your order, and the sample will become part of the order.
- If you would like to order a sample, please fill in a Sample Request Form and a quote will be sent to you.
Please note: The cost of a sample is often more than the advertised internet price of a product. This is due to the cost effectiveness of producing and shipping 5 or more items as opposed to a single item.
- First Action respects the privacy of our customers and will never share customer details with a third party unless authorised to do so
- All web sites operated by First Action sites, including FightingEquipment.com.au, are encrypted using the latest SSL technologies to ensure your personal information is secure
- When processing your payment online, First Actions' Fighting Equipment uses Paypal. PayPal is designed to be one of the safest ways to send money online and uses a high level of data encryption. To find out more about PayPal Security please click here.
A prohibited item is anything that is considered illegal to posess in the place you are shipping it to. When you order an item from our online store, it is you, the buyer, who is importing the product, not First Action or our manufacturers or any other affiliates of First Action.
First Actions' FightingEquipment.com.au trades worldwide, therefore, some items we sell may be legal to posess/import in some places but illegal to import/posess in others eg stun guns, extendable batons, various weaponry etc. It is up to you, the buyer, to research the laws of the country/state/province etc of where you want the product shipped. It is impossible for us to regulate who buys what and where the buyer wants something shipped, so we take no responsibility for the importation of prohibited items buy you, the buyer.
Apart from the fact that we can't be expected to know the laws of every country/state/province, even those we may be aware of we still can not regulate what gets shipped where. For example, although we are an Australian company, some of the products we sell are actually illegal in some or all Australian states. We do not import these products into Australia. They are manufactured off shore and distributed directly from the manufacturer to the buyer. This, in many cases, is an automatic process, meaning that if you order it, it will be shipped to the address you specify.
Any guarantees and/or refunds we offer do not apply if you choose to ignore this warning and decide to import prohibited items into any given country. Also, we take no legal responsibility if you decide to import prohibited items, wherever in the world you import them to.
By ordering any product from FightingEquipment.com.au, it is assumed that you have read and understood this disclaimer, and therefore take full responsibiliy for any consequences resulting in the importation of items which may be prohibited in the country/state/province which the product is being delivered to.
In simple terms, the above means the following:
- If you order it, it will be shipped
- Check the countries/states/provinces laws which you intend to get an item shipped to before you order
- All guarantees and refund policies are null and void if you order a item that is prohibited in the destination you are getting it shipped
- First Action and it affiliates takes no legal responsibility for your actions
