Pricing Policy All of our prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST (Goods and Services Tax) as of 01 September 2011. Product prices are regularly updated and price changes may occur from time to time if supplier costs increase. Shipping charges will be charged to your nominated credit card in accordance with our Shipping and Delivery Policy. FirstAction Safety Pty Ltd (FirstAction) is committed to providing exceptional customer service and quality products. We endeavour to make sure that all products listed on our website are currently in stock and pricing is true and correct. Standard delivery time-frames are between 3 to 7 business days. In the event that an ordered item is not available or we are unable to fulfil your order we will notify you within 2 business days to arrange an agreeable alternative item, a backorder or a full refund. Please choose carefully. We do not normally give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision. You can choose between a refund, exchange or credit where goods are faulty, have been wrongly described or are different to the product purchased on the website. We deliver products Australia wide and internationally using Australia Post. Shipping costs are calculated based on the total size/weight of your order and delivery post code. Whilst we will always endeavour to deliver your goods in the most cost effective manner possible, these shipping charges will be billed to your nominated credit card in addition to the cost of your goods.
